The paperwork that they gave us said that they reserve the right to do a reserve split it didn’t say they would do one for sure but you act like it’s a for sure thing Like that’s the only option if we get an IND filed and the drug trials go good this would easily go up to $.50 or a dollar
There’s no reason to do a reverse split just to get on nasdaq because that’s not gonna make institutional investors want to invest anymore than if there in otc the company still has to have products and have something promising going on otherwise after the reverse split the price will drop again and people who only have a few hundred thousand shares or a few thousand shares will be completely screwed the only reason anybody would want a reverse split is if they’re part of the scam
