this guy was on the board , and sold 12000 shares....i believe he is the reporting person for a hedge!
so if i sell my 45,000 shares and take a nice profit for the near term ....it must be because it`s a scam ....right???

Board members cannot just up and sell their shares. They must file wit SEC in advance. These were pre planned sales determined long ago.
