If this well is dry, Zion in Israel is done in my opinion. It is already too hard to raise monies, and when they do it dilutes existing loyal shareholders. It is really put up or shut up time. I hate to say it but I believe it fact at this point.
I feel the news is not bad at all, of course not great either.
Still, we have a shot at it, a long shot but a shot nonetheless.
