I seriously doubt it. That would make no sense. A company on NASADQ doesn't come this far to collapse over FUD and internal dillution and inside selling. There are four things going on here. 1) Fake news BS. 2) Paid attorney advertising. 3) Paid-pretend shorts trying to instill fear. 4) Investors thisnking the CEO should immmediately put out a PR to quash the fear and emotions. This is a stock on the Big Boards. Some are just trying to scare investors into OTC mentality so they can profit at others expense.
As far as I am concerned: (at this point)
A) The CEO or the company will likely respond at some point. Truth is we doin't know what he is or if he is doing anything about it. He may have gotten legal involved. Perhaps the MULN Board is keeping it under wraps. Perhaps they are or have someone else investigation before they comment..... Don't know if any or all of that is valid or true.........I'm just sayin' ANY reponse they might make, or action they might take, needs to be calcuated and their best decision.
B) Tune out the FUD. Mullen's first job is building EV's. I'd rather have them annouce progress or the order purchaser, etc. at this point.
C) There's always manipulation at every level. Before anyone ever hits buy on a stock there's already been somebody out there figuring out how to take the money. That's only gotten worse the last 3 years.
D) No, I never like to see anyone legitiment loose. I noticed you are way down. Sorry to hear that, sincerely. But, if you are spinning the wheels in your mind trying to figure this out you are mentally taking yourself the wrong direction. I've seen many traders over the years get scared out when they are down considerably panic sell and take a huge loss. Can't tell you what to do, that totally your business, but it's like best to just take a breath and do nothing for a day or two.
E) Personally.......I am going to keep accumulating for now. And keep the FUD tumed out.
I am sure there was a LOT of profit taking going on the last couple of days. That's only smart. You have to remember there are investors who were in and holding long since this was under a buck. That plays into all the FUD as well.
