The land purchase and associated financing has to happen first. Associated financing likely has contingencies for subsequent deals. But everything else can't happen without that first. That's why I've harped on it all along.
Hillsborough Country records also don't have a change in ownership on record ... not that they'd show immediately on closing but you get the idea. No records for EncounterCare Solutions or any of it's subs. I can provide the "DD" if you'd like. Couple thousand docs filed daily in Hillsborough but easily sorted.

Frankly I'd rather see next PR from ECSL be new BoD additions and the addition of a legit CFO. Ya know ... cause ECSL will be uplisting sooooooooooon too. ;-)
