What DD? Who cares what LCY considers themselves? It has Zero to do with those worthless shares. The shares were never purchased or part of the BioAmber liquidation or part of any transaction Nobody purchased or will be purchasing the BioAmber shares. There is no chance of LCY, KKR or any other company ever purchasing the shares of BioAmber or BioAmber shareholders ever being paid for those worthless shares. Nobody will ever merge with or buyout BioAmber or the shares and why would they? There is nothing left but the corp, shares and a mountain of debt. All of the assets were sold off to LCYB so what’s left for anyone to even consider buying? Technically they did acquire the plant and land in 2019 when the title was changed to reflect LCYB as the new owner. It’s not like it’s some huge conspiracy. What LCY considers its company has ZERO bearing on BioAmber shareholders or the shares of BioAmber.
