A RS would ruin TDS as a company. I doubt they want to try that route again. Just my 2 cents.

it's their new strategy, as I told before.
And they told it so, in an indirect way.
They tweeted saying they are silent because it's only an LOI.
It will come.
And they will have learned about the RS. Be sure of that (imo).
