No - I have stocks that went from EM go to PC over 5 months ago and they haven't made them eligible.

You can ask them to and sometimes they do.

They don't want to be involved with these stocks anymore IMO.

Once the new new ruling came into effect, they put them on a list and never take them off.

Also they started charging a commission on OTC stocks.

they now suck in my opinion. I opened an account with Fidelity.
