The float is low now but as soon as he sells all the shares in his offering packet at .02 this is going to take a long time to move up with 500,000,000 share dilution coming this year
can you imaging buying at .04 when he is selling shares at .02?
He needs to start hyping this stock with some of the old ideas he had in the past, oh wait, he doesnt have any cash to do any of the ideas because when he diluted the stock last year (sold over 25% into market) he blew all that money on vacation/business trips to costa rica to supposedly to set up a boat dealership. Yet no mention of the costa rica boat dealership in the annual report. (yes it was a scam)
Maybe that is why even with selling all the shares last year he still managed to INCREASE company DEBT to $1.9million.
Maybe he will create another fake merger rumor like last year or a reverse merger to create news to push stock higher so he can sell the shares at .02

does anyone know which of the 3 addresses on the website is the real office? Has anyone ever received a call back when they leave a message? (nobody answers the phone) Take a picture of the front page boats or the featured boats, nothing has changed in past year
