"Pretty good video. The main reason I stack constitutional silver (pre 1965 halves, quarters and dimes) is for their immediate recognition among most people - people know what they are. And when shtf comes it will not take long for their built-in value system to be learned. A dime is 1/10th of a troy ounce. A quarter is 1/4th of a troy ounce. A halve is 1/2 of a troy ounce. Trade/barter will be almost instantaneous.



It's more closer to $1..4 face value of "junk silver" to make a troy ounce. So it takes 14 dimes to make approximately one troy ounce.

A half dollar of junk silver is little over 1/3 of a troy ounce.



Just switching subject a little APMEX makes a 1/10 round which looks like a Mercury Head dime, what I find interesting they get bought, those are .999 silver but what is weird is their cost is way high, over 2X what the spot price is and they sell ?? So someone(s) with money think those are going be valuable at some point ?
