I joined discord early last year, but I didn't spend much time on it. There's some real sociopaths on those boards! You're absolutely right--serious loss of trust/confidence in support at these levels. Need new blood. I saw a post yesterday from what seemed to be someone that decided to pass due to the SS. Cancelling the share registration is a good sign, but they need to do something more substantial with the existing OS.
