Nasdaq application to be submitted end of April? The statement below makes it sound we would be on Nasdaq by End of April (at least thats what I understand). Uplisting could take months to a year or more.

Target date of April 11 for share consolidation and the Company hopes to complete the Nasdaq listing by the end of April
