I agree, something little weird going on but I don’t think it’s dilution. Company stated very clearly in filing that the deal between them and aegis ‘we will have a share freeze for 6 months upon Nasdaq uplist’
Well we obviously have the uplist so that has kicked in. I also believe fully diluted OS is somewhere near 16 million or so............. in regards to warrants etc. I may be a little off but not by much.
I have had a few people write me and say they believe it’s algos. I don’t know enough about that to comment but something is crazy with this kind of volume.
It was programmed/robot trades to walk the PPS up so that shares could be sold into it for profit. It's absurd to even think that trading the O/S 20 times over after the stock was pretty inactive on the days leading up to it. Once the objective is reached and the shares are safely in the accounts of the new bagholders, it'll die off. 660k trades. That ain't humans doing it, pure manipulation.
