That was almost certainly a noteholder/preferred share dump.

I've seen those averaged out large block trades during normal trading hours quite a few times on these dilution scams. Just as big a red flag as a Form T.

Notice how the reported price is a small percentage below the VWAP. The difference is the fee the MM takes for the transaction.
