10Q from last month says "The Company is currently being funded by a company related to its Chairman, Michael Pieter Loubser. The Company will be required to continue to rely on this entity until its operations become profitable."
This tell me that Michael Pieter Loubser is funding company and he has plan to take this shell for big thing.
