The CTs hold a claim against LBHI. All those debtors listed are affiliates of LBHI and have no barring on the CTs. Distributions are being made to higher classes of creditors in the LBHI case, not affiliated debtors.

YUP The CTs are on the Schedule. But check out their title
"Distribution to Holders of Allowed Non-Priority Unsecured Claims"
Every one getting their share of currency. But CTs/ SEE 08-13555-scc Doc 61443.

I saw note "(2)
Distributions reallocated in accordance with Section 6.4 of the Plan."
Reallocated to whom.. everyone is Satisfied in full at this juncture.
So I take it we do not know whom is the reallocated funding went to. They cannot hide the info in BK court and info have to be stated... and to whom. IE Which entity. Or reallocated to...
