Well, can't have a seller without a buyer. So... your argument makes no sense. GS hs done this to the investors. He has failed. He can't even manage his own stocks, yet he keeps bashing on others. What a jerk.

No one can expect a stock to make any significant move up when there ARE NO BUYERS, ONLY SELLERS.

Share price of $GVSI doesn’t matter

I have never heard of any stock whose price doesn't matter to the investor.

That statement is ludicrous. GVSI is NOT the first stock in history where the price is irrelevent. It is not unique as some might try to convince. IT'S A DIASTER!

I also haven't seen such frantic excuses for why this stock has hit .007 and is stuck below .01 and continues to fall.

There are no buyers for a reason - GVSI's preferred shares can't seem to get resolved, its stock is pretty much worthless because it hasn't had it's Form 10 submitted and approved by the SEC so it isn't a registered stock and the SEC won't allow you to buy in the US for good reason. There have been no meaningful updates or filings in court or the SEC in more than eleven months. Even Sharp has said "there are no updates."

That is why the price is where it is and IT DOES MATTER!

Oh, now being bullish on GVSI when all evidence points to this not getting registered with the SEC is "visionary"???

Some are warning others, like even George Sharp has warned about the risk associated with GVSI - Sharp's admitted riskiest shell.

Notice that GVSI is mentioned concerning risk with WRIT and RETC whose custodianships did not work out for Sharp. I think this is very telling.

There have been eleven months since any meaningful GVSI filings with the court or the SEC.
