Remember when SRAX converted their shares to non voting? They will be crypto imo.

My takeaway is, this process has the SEC in uncharted waters and is having to reinvent the wheel. This article provides one with a better understanding of why the SEC has had SO many questions and it is taking BT longer than they had planned.
