“Shareholders' should have been concerned by NP publicly reporting he had filed a "complete" BLA repeatedly, lying to the shareholders, followed by the RTF rejecting the BLA as "incomplete."
NP even held a CC, with Kush Dohdy on the call, to pump the submission of the BLA. He thanked Amarex repeatedly during that CC.
If Amarex knew what they were doing it wouldn't have happened ( the incomplete BLA) Amerex screwed up and then screwed over Cytodyn- does the "investigation" seem a bit clearer now? Looks like the SEC and DOJ are all over Amarex- tick tock...do i see a fraud count coming? Did Amerex dupe the FDA?
