F&G, maybe that fits industries you've played in but it is very low when used for good people taking reasonable to high risk positions. George appears to come from an industry position that will be useful to expand on and build success for Seaview. I still hold that he is under paid and under leveraged at this time.
Cisco was not a big hitter when John M came to it - he helped creat it and now the profits he made are welcome. If George and Rich are not millionaires many times over from this adventure then we will have not had the success (both business and stock prices) that most of us are looking for.
What people keep forgetting is that SEVU was not an IPO. they reverse merged and therefore did not get that onetime huge influx of cash that most new public companies get. The cash has to come from somewhere! If banking is not the answer (which I believe is the case) and venture capitalist (VC) will want the same or more dilution, then I would rather have the key people have a larger stake than some VC who could not give a rats behind.
