I stand by what I said. I think with a proven product and increase sales, why not build on it then risk with a business in trusteeship.
Just because it's an aqusition does not make it right. Everyone is so focused on aquistion like it's magic, or a magic word, but yet they at this point have no idea what he is buying and whether he can make it work. He has good products at WB yet after how many years he is still trying yo find his way.
I commented a few times I do expect an initial boost.
However I am not confident it will be sustain.
Considering the Tech aquisition may be less than 2 wks away I would have thought we would gave seen movement already.
The fact he announce no RS really does not mean that much to me. He has said other things that could impact investors.
Saying he was looking for purchase order financing for the Tech company, that it lost its line of credit, that it was place with a trustee and that he is going to seek investment through private placement.
Apparently the big attraction is the IP, Patents but the bank did not see the value and if that is the case why wasn't the Tech company able to attract investors.
Eric has made around a signification amount of new loans in 2021. If he can get funding, OK, if not there could be trouble . I have caution myself.
