Did they send you an email confirming your ability to buy? I did not get any such email - sent a message to Core with my pre sale purchase information and asked that they send a confirmation email if that is necessary first. So I'm confused if they sent an email to authorize purchase of the device or if you purchased by using the client portal link that was in their posts on twitter. TIA.
