The following was from CEO Chong in February.
It was implied that the fins would be audited.
Clearly they weren’t. I am NOT surprised.

In the jurisdictions where these subsidiaries are domiciled, audited IFRS financials are mandatory. Directors risk being fined and / or jailed in some cases.
