All fnf JPS and freddie commons are included in the Class Action even the shares after December 7th, 2021.

I do not think the damages are limit to 5 billion. I opted out a few weeks ago. Its for personal reasons including bringing my own lawsuit. The way I see it, I dont know what is the cut for the lead plantiffs and their lawyers are. I have the know how to bring upon the same lawsuit if they win. If they win, the pps will skyrocket anyways.

I am asking these questions for primary 2 trusts which has two accounts. Thus far, they are not opted out.

I am excited to see the outcome. I have all the Lamberth, Collins and Supreme Court's motions and orders saved from day 1.

I take it you would be against a similiar lawsuit on behalf of fannie commons? For?
