Urge2surge- that RM is sounding sweeter and sweeter at this point.
Calculating a conservative SP of around $4 if this does happen and also gets them into Nasdaq land.
Perhaps this is the reason for the LIVE INVESTOR’s call…it’s not just some ordinary pre-recorded business update.
With my company, it was a live message from our CEO announcing the buyout.
Shares were retired and folks who had shares were paid the buyout price per share.
Things are seeming very familiar here.
