the fuel cell to power EV charging stations is going to be an interesting conundrum for investors to understand.

I have already seen the issues with the cost and logistics for bringing in high power electric supply to say provide the charging for a cities fleet of buses or a taxi fleet. Having H2 on site and fuel cells to power the chargers would be a forward looking solution since the H2 would be there for any FCEV pilots the owner wanted to do.
