erhe short sellers, whether real (not likely since there is no proof any short positions in erhe exist) or made up, a couple things are certain:

Short sellers are not responsible for erhe delinquent filings, lack of communications, and stock being untradeable.

Short sellers have nothing to do with a deal getting done or not getting done.

And short sellers won't be to blame when erhe is not over a dollar in a few short weeks or months.
