Facts are always good at a time like this. If you look at the 8-K it was filed on the 7th and it took 3 days for it to show up on the SEC.report site...

Last year, their 10-k extension was filed with the SEC on April 1st.

That would be today then. I fully expect them to take advantage of the extension.
