Has anybody noticed that today is "Day 91" of 2022, and the annual report
SEC Form 10-K or an SEC Form NT 10-K (Request for a 15 day extension)
was due No Later Than yesterday?

You don't get automatic extensions, you have to request them at the same
time that the report was due.

As a shareholder, I'm concerned about this.
