How do? Robert tull did his job and brought the etf to market. LFAP exists to market the etf and its sole revenue come from etf fees. Bobby failed, LFAP failed. The BOD was/is there in name only. I’d guess BOD left after realizing this was a scam company that did nothing to raise money/market the etf.
And I wouldn’t call the bod dead weight: they were given shares of LFAP and did nothing. There’s no reason for LFAP to cut them, it’s more feasible that Tull wanted out.
