The handling of COVISTIX should be in a textbook at Harvard to show how not to roll out a new product. It was/is the worst I have ever seen or been told about as it was a product that was something everyone in the world wanted. How do you screw something up like that up? Tests were approved even if they were marginal as can be seen by the number pulled back by the FDA. I know 13-year-old kids. no joke here, that could have handled the whole thing better.
