Completely agreed. Any warnings against filing a complaint….or threats of retaliation for such, seem suspicious IMO.

This company is current with all of their filings, right? The SEC hasn’t halted the trading of those shares, which means everything is ok with the company. Therefore, what I’m saying to folks is to be sure that all of your facts are in order before any action is taken against the company and the CEO, because he can sue those bringing the action for defamation of his good character. Now, the fact that shareholders have lost money on their investment is no reason for a class action.

IMO If there is an inquiry and Look into the actions here, I think there is plenty to work with to bring it to the forefront.
