Thanks rumark27. Doubt BGTK is considered an IPO, so that quiet period is ruled out. For regular quarter reports, explains why companies are quiet at times. From my understanding of this rule, BGTK can start blabbin after their earnings report is filed, however soon that is. Today is the end of this quarter. We wait.
