I assume you are referencing a real PR and not a "website" shareholder update.

Quite honestly, opinions on ECSL are welcome but when there is no basis offered for support .... well you know. You can find about 96,000 of those fairly easily on ECSL. ECSL's last update of course said by the 2nd week of April ..... but given the history of this situation .... investors can't rely on what mgmt has to say any more. Thought that might improve with Lawrence in the fold but .... extension after extension. I previously commented that ECSL should just complete the base deal and prove itself .... more opportunities will find you once you prove your value. Apparently CEO doesn't get it. I get holding out for best deal but ...... when you are not in a position of strength ... you don't have as much leeway to choose. And of course if you have a history like ECSL ...... duh ....
Anyway, from what I see ... and what I hear ..... I simply shake my head and hope that CEO doesn't screw this up.
