Folks in Canada shouldn't be able to file SEC complaints when there is a good possibility they are involved with naked short selling. I simply informed him of my concern that the complaints may have been organized by ihub posters from Canada involved in naked short selling. I also suggested that if CKYS has the revenues etc. then they should investigate the possibility of financial terrorism.
Trust me: they thought you were a total whackjob. Believe me, they get sick and tired of that nonsense.
But at least you didn't help them make up their minds about whether to suspend or not.
