You know as well as I do the only thing moving this is a dang Epiphany location in the United States and a commercial with a dang donut on it....Nothing else matters...Kiwis and philipinos arent investing big money in this. Others are....Personally I wasnt impressed with the income and I could care less about another dang partnership to build a resort in Bangkok.....They either need to do what got them here or get someone to wake Jeths up and tell him what will shake this tree and move it upward. My two cents.
