Tony's "good intentions" had him hand over 200M shares to these scammers. He could have done better DD on them, assuming he did any DD at all.
The pps has been in a near free fall since last June (wasn't this when those thieves took possession of those shares?), except for a brief bump in August. It's been more or less flat for two months, so maybe these con artists are done or almost done unloading.
