It is NSAV's lawyer - Vic something. Go back and read previous messages over the last couple years where others have done it. Or message NSAV directly to see if they will respond.
To me, it is not worth pursuing their underhanded tactics.

It's Vic Devlaeminck, but nobody's laid out a step-by-step, so I don't want to point you towards him if it's not actually going to work.

To date, I've sent ETrade money and then had that refunded for a restricted securities inquiry, been on the phone and in email communication with the Transfer Agent half a dozen times, been on the phone with ETrade for no telling how many hours, and emailed back and forth with NSAV's "customer relations" team a couple times. No one will give a definitive answer, and the reference to Devlaeminck comes from a couple posts on this board from 2021 and earlier. So I'm hesitant to say "hey, yeah, do this!" until I know it works and can post a play-by-play. Especially since it costs money, and like Shotsky says, that's ridiculous since these were guaranteed to be free and tradable.
