BAsically company is getting $68M worth of OStendo a leading company in quantum technologies. Read the last PR. This is done just to boost share value for the current shareholders since the share price was in suppressed state. Basically in return for the asset sold they are getting 10x the value ($68M) in the form of equity/preferred shares in Ostendo
