Yes sir. This is Greg and Steves little scam company. Go look at the stolen picture they tweeted a bit ago. They used a picture of an Abatement Technologies HC800FD air purifier and tried to pass it off as an RX3000. They took it from an article about a hospital. Glad I sold most of my position when I did way back when

They have to do a reverse split. Greg sold too many shares out the back door to support his Palm Springs & Malibu lifestyle acting like he's a bigwig.

Reverse split, Daddy Rotman gets his shares for the failing furniture store and can retire.

Spinoff, Greg gets all the same non revenue generating companies in a new public shell with no debt and a fresh new batch of authorized shares to blow through so he can pretend for a little longer he is an equal Malibu.
