I don't keep a real close watch on QEDN; how did this work out?
What does "working to file a lawsuit" actually mean? What, if any, are the updates on this matter? Documents? Filings?" This doesn't come under "Nondisclosure Agreement" since the Complainants have already stated their intent, and identified themselves, and the issue(s)..

As for the settlement payment; has that been satisfied?
