Where did they say that? It’s already “delisted” as in the expert market

Can you elaborate? The qualifiers for Limited appear to be verified profile within 12 mos, and an annual (K) within the last 16 mos. What are we missing?

Deadline was 9/28/21, it’s delisted already, this is why they are getting their filings done, so this can be tradable again, and I’m sure filings cost lots of money, so they doing everything they can so they can get current, almost there .
