There is only one filing with the SEC, and that is the Reg A request to sell shares directly to the public, and this never was approved.

Nor do either of these documents say anything about owning the DryWorld "D" logo, nor clarify any relationship to the pre existent DryWorld Industries Inc.

Which is used to represent DryWorld Brands LLC in social media boiler rooms.

This is misrepresentation, and a classic bait and switch scam.
