Further, there is NO leaks, rumors or any other bullshit that "telegraphs" when a sitting federal judge is going to render a decision on a key and pivotal case, or ANY case for that matter. It would be a violation of too many damn laws to even count WTF ?????

AND - USRM-a-CON is a FL based company and LOST THEIR CASE all the way to THEIR FEDERAL DISTRICT APPELLATE COURT aka the 11th Circuit and thus whatever the hell happens in CA has ZERO as in NOTHING to do with this POS con job ?????

CA can do whatever the hell they want and it's going to be appealed to the 9th circuit one way or another - meanwhile USRM-a-CON IS UNDER PERMANENT INJUNCTION and nothing that happens in CA is going to ever ever ever change that bad reality.

This bullshit "CA CASE WILL CHANGE USRM" is a MYTH- just total misinformation fantasy based total bullshit.

Appelate courts have regional jurisdictions and powers - the 11th circuit ruled on USRM and they lost. PERIOD !!

USRM-a-CON is CASE CLOSED as far as SVF and the FDA and the DOJ are concerned. OVER. DONE. FINISHED - CA doesn't mean jack shit to this scam LOL !!
