What I noticed with the annual reports is that Nixon shifted the fiscal year to end Dec 31.
When he posted his annual reports (10-Ks), the first two -- which I presume were 'on time' -- were posted in April. Only the third one, which was late, was posted in July.
All three of those 10-Ks had auditor's statements that not only said they were audited, but that the 'current' and 'previous' years were audited and considered accurate.

This isn't a prediction, of course, but if Nixon gets back on track this year, maybe he'll get his missing annual reports (for 2020 and 2021) out with the appropriate auditor's declarations.
Looking back on the last (late) 10-K, he said that his normal procedure was for his auditor to work along with his financial people as the year went along, prior to the enforced 'work at home' policy.
If that implies that the auditor was still working along with WCVC during the COVID restrictions, but at a slower rate of progress, if those restrictions have been lifted, then perhaps their financial team and the auditor, together, were able to catch up.
All speculation, of course.
