I think your wrong, your PPS is based on what exactly? The majority of the shares are held by PDIV, ISN'T THAT what the CO stated and stated that many times? Now if they continue to dilute then I would say stay away/no? Well We need to see news, we need to see evidence of the testing to see if they have Lithium and Uranium, we need to see because seeing is believing, if they continued to dilute then yes I would say it's a scam, if they hold their ground, No RS like Ron has stated and stated that many times that he is against RS,
