Yes, admit they never read any SEC filings. The SEC can only do so much to save unsophisticated stock gamblers who trade because of uninformed or biased stock board postings. Experienced successful investors, like me, never do that.
The three acquired hospitals were rubbish. One had filed bankruptcy right before RNVA bought it. They were tiny economically inviable hospitals in the poorest coal mining regions of Appalachia. No one else wanted those "hospitals."
