The Shares at that time were restricted, however SEC Reporting rules are what they are it has to be disclosed . -- It was awarded to the one officer in 2021 , that is good ol Rhonda K. , which is what she does. -- It was a "Blank Check" Company , meaning it had a sole purpose of finding a MERGER or ACQUISITION Format. -- The Auditor BF BORGES CPA , has been around for years and also represents multiple stock symbols. They have done this hundreds of times +, Large Company , were paid $17,500 to do this in DEC of 2021. -- Rhonda K , does what she does and has done it again with a Custodianship.
