At least some people are upset enough with his shenanigans to sue him. Unlike Sinensky and Rosen.
Warehouse landlord seeking 1.5 million in damages sues, yet Rosen is supposedly 15 Million+ in the hole and just considers it a lesson learned????? RIIIIIGHT

Its funny How Roger announced that OPTI leased that warehouse, When it was actually OPTEC EV a completely separate company Roger has . Just more lies.
But one good thing is was rented to an individual Named Roger Pawson . So I would think it would be on him ...

From December 2021 on Twitter $OPTI: 12/16/2021: “$opti @optecintl So the “over flow” Scott st location is actually being used for another company DRAX to build trailers in?"

After seeing that Tweet and some social media comments that OPTI owned more than one property, I did a deep dive into Roger’s and OPTEC’s “properties”, including CA property tax records. Too much to post, but it confirmed that of the 5 properties listed in the last OPTEC quarterly report, OPTEC only owns the house at 7961 Camino De La Dora, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067. (I expect that liens will be placed against that house, if not already.)

The rest of this post contains info about the 3125 Scott Street building, from OPTEC and Drax company filings:

I haven’t seen any rental income listed in OPTEC quarterly reports: Drax Industries initially leased 3,000 sq ft, and then later changed it to 22,000 sq ft. Drax quarterly reports show lease payments. Plus,scan down in this post to see what the Drax 10-Q said (highlighted in red.)

Plus, Roger may have given shares to the Drax sole officer, “Virgil Enriquez”: OPTEC quarterly reports list 2 similar names. (Roger has a history of misspelling other names.)
10/16/2020: “Virgil Enriques” got 1 million CS-R.
11/25/2020: “Victor Enriquez” got 2 million CS-R.
Both stock issuances say for “Services Rendered”.

This site apparently shows the Drax “Cool Box” as the “R3Cooler”. Were the photos taken at the Scott Street building? There’s a photo of a “Mobile Solar Generator” on a trailer… is that one of Roger’s? https://draxindustries.net/#iLightbox%5Bgallery_image_1%5D/3

I noticed in the Drax S-1 that the lawyer listed was “Tran Law Group, Mina Tran, Esq.” Roger/OPTEC has also used that lawyer. (I didn’t check all the SEC filings for Drax for her name.)

Btw, OPTEC = OPTI in my posts. (And of course, Roger Pawson is basically OPTEC/OPTI.)
