Agreed, seems dire right now

If the judge rules anything close that could really be a wipeout blow. And of course this is all before a criminal trial.

I would assume they would have to fire sale as much technology as they could given they had to sell their home for legal fees.

The next few months could really spell the final chapters personally and professionally.
